Can I change my order if I've checked out?


Of course you can! As long as you contact us before Thursday at 3pm, we can make changes to your order no problem. If it's a complicated issue, there might be delays in your order being shipped.




What if the shipping option I want isn't shown?


That's no problem, babes! If you want a different shipping option, contact us before you order and we can sort that for you.




Do you ship Internationally?


We do! Check all shipping options when you enter checkout. We don't ship to every country in the world, however, but we do wish to in the future.




Can I order custom products?


Absolutely! Just let us know when you put in your order and we can customise it. Any problems and we'll contact you directly. Please be mindful that custom product do need extra time to prepare so this could impact how long the product takes to get to you.
